Hi, I’m Melissa Poole—a strategic partner in sales, operations, and leadership with over two decades of hands-on experience helping businesses grow with intention, scale effectively, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. My background spans multiple industries, including hospitality, senior living, retail, and wine and beverage distribution, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to build sustainable success across different markets.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—Sales Manager, Executive Director, District Sales Manager, Operations Leader, and most recently, Hotel Manager. I’ve had the opportunity to lead high-performing teams, manage multimillion-dollar sales territories, and oversee the day-to-day operations of both luxury properties and senior living communities. These roles have shaped my ability to solve complex problems, deliver measurable results, and most importantly, bring out the best in the people around me.

My leadership style is people-first but performance-driven. I believe teams thrive when they're supported, coached, and challenged to reach their full potential. Whether I’m leading a team of 35 associates in a senior living community or coaching territory reps across multiple states, I focus on clarity, communication, and accountability. I bring a collaborative mindset and a hands-on approach to every project, always with an eye toward growth, efficiency, and impact.

What I do best is connecting the dots between sales strategy and operational execution. I help businesses streamline processes, sharpen their sales approach, and optimize customer experiences—all while improving margins and building brand loyalty. I’ve worked extensively with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Yardi, using data to drive decisions, manage pipelines, and improve client retention.

In my time as a District Sales Manager for the Southeastern U.S., I was responsible for overseeing wine distribution across seven states, building sales forecasts, leading marketing activations, and mentoring a team of sales professionals. I’ve also directed full-service hotels and senior communities where compliance, guest experience, and revenue growth all had to work in tandem. These experiences taught me how to be adaptable, proactive, and relentlessly focused on results.

I’m also passionate about market positioning, customer storytelling, and brand experience. Whether launching a new product, entering a new market, or refining an existing brand strategy, I work closely with marketing and operational teams to ensure we’re delivering a message that resonates—and a service that retains.
